UPCSA – Notice of death – Mrs Irene Sayimani

It is with sadness that I announce the passing away of Mrs Irene Sayimani yesterday after a battle with cancer. She was the wife of the Rev Wilbert Sayimani, a UPCSA minister from the Presbytery of Zimbabwe who is currently seconded to the United Reformed Church (URC) in the United Kingdom (UK).

Mrs Sayimani passed away in Harare and will be laid to rest on Wednesday 15 July 2020 in Harare. Here is a provisional itinerary of the funeral

        a.      Tue 14 July 2020: Between 12pm-1pm, body is collected from Nyaradzo and taken to the Sayimani home in Dama Falls for a service. Then to the Makoni home in Waterfalls for as service at 6pm.
        b.      Wed 15 July 2020: A morning funeral service at Hatfield
Presbyterian Church (time to be advised), followed by burial at Warren Hills Cemetery at 12noon.

Let us continue to keep the Makoni and Sayimani families in our prayers.

Warmest regards,

Rev Dr Lungile Mpetsheni
General Secretary
