This correspondence serves the following two purposes:
1. To intimate that the Rev Dr Pakiso Tondi has taken up an appointment as a Director of Student Affairs at Rhodes University with effect from 1 March 2023. He has, thus, resigned as the UPCSA Ministry Secretary.
2. To circulate the advertisement for the vacancy of that position, thus inviting suitably qualified ministers to apply.
