TO ALL IN THE UPCSA
The 25th November marks the beginning of the 16 days of activism against violence on women and children. At the end of the similar event in 2021, we had vowed that this campaign would not be limited to the 16 days but would be a 365 days undertaking. The work of the Gender Desk (denominationally and at Presbytery level) is commendable in ensuring that the UPCSA has played a significant role throughout the year.
We, however, join all in observing the period. Please receive a statement from the leadership of the UPCSA.
Let us join together as we being the 16 Days with a denominational 24 hours of continuous prayer on ZOOM. The Moderator of the General Assembly will conclude the prayer event on Saturday the 26th November from 18:00 to 18:30. The ZOOM details are given below.
