The UPCSA leadership and the Gender Desk are hosting a webinar on Wills and Inheritance on Monday, the 19th September 2022 at 19:00. You are encouraged to attend and extend the invitation to others. The Webinar’s focus will be transnational and the lawyers that will speak come from RSA, Zimbabwe and Zambia.
The webinar has been necessitated by a growing need where the due beneficiaries either miss out on or are robbed their inheritance. Widows and orphans are aften left destitute. Ministers and churches are called in to assist when a death occurs and often are faced with the matters that follow, like inheritance and wills.
